Our Work: Boards for Texas BBQ Joints & Home Cooks
Every block on this page was built by hand in our shop in Pflugerville, Texas. Most are 3" end grain butcher blocks made for Texas BBQ restaurants and pitmasters, sized to their cutting stations, many with the restaurant's name or logo inlaid in the wood. The rest are boards we've built for home kitchens.

- I list common sizes in the collections, but can make custom size to fit your work area!
- Walnut, hard maple, white oak and cherry, with borders in Peruvian walnut, maple, zebrawood or canarywood
- Logo inlays on the face and name inlays on the side
- Mostly single-sided with no juice groove: what a busy cutting station asks for
