Canarywood Live Edge Magnetic Knife Holder — No. 2

A one-of-a-kind canarywood magnetic knife holder made from solid hardwood, with the magnets hidden completely inside: no steel bar on the face, no visible screws, no hardware.

How it works

Two concealed rows of magnets grip the full length of each blade, so every knife sits flat and holds secure. The rack hangs on a concealed cleat with a stabilizing strip, so it sits flush against the wall and won't wobble.

The wood

Canarywood is one of the most colorful woods we work with: streaks of yellow, orange and deep red that can look like a sunset. It is also strong and rot-resistant (1,520 lbf on the Janka scale). It is cut as a live-edge slab, so the natural edge of the wood runs along the top.
