Shipping policy

Every piece is built and finished in our shop in Pflugerville, Texas, and ships from there.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

When your order ships

• Ready to Ship items: ship within 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-order boards and butcher blocks: built after you order. Allow 3–5 weeks before it ships. End grain blocks are glued, flattened and oiled in stages, and we don't rush that.
• Made-to-order pens: ship within 1–2 weeks.
• Custom orders: we'll give you a build date when we confirm your quote.

If your order will take longer than this, we'll email you before the date passes.

Shipping time and carriers

We ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on size and destination. Most packages arrive 2–3 business days after they ship (up to 5–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii). You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Pens and Board Butter ship free. Shipping for cutting boards, butcher blocks, stands and knife racks is calculated at checkout from size and destination, before you pay.

Faster shipping

Need it by a certain date? Contact us before you order. Expedited and overnight shipping are often possible at extra cost. We'll confirm the price with you before the package goes out.

Damaged in transit

Every board is packed to survive the trip, but if something arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the box within 48 hours of delivery to team@whiteoakswoodworking.com. We'll file the carrier claim and send a repair or replacement. Please keep the box and packing until we've sorted it out.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to trace it.

Restaurant and local orders

We deliver larger restaurant and custom pieces in person around Austin and Central Texas. Ask about delivery when you order.
