Board Butter — Cutting Board Wax, 4 oz Tin

Board Butter is our own blend of beeswax, carnauba wax, food-grade mineral oil and vitamin E, made for the boards we build. It comes in a 4 oz tin.

Why use it

Mineral oil soaks into the wood; the waxes sit on top and seal it. Together they keep moisture out, so your board doesn't dry out, crack or warp, and your knife glides instead of digging into dry grain.

How to use it

• Start with a clean, dry board
• Rub a thin layer over every surface with a soft cloth
• Let it soak in, then buff off the extra
• Reapply whenever the wood looks dry or pale

Good to know

• Food-safe ingredients only
• Works on cutting boards, butcher blocks, wooden spoons and bowls
• Use mineral oil for a deep soak, then Board Butter to seal
