Handmade Cutting Board Stand for 2″ Boards — All Purpose

Made for 2″ thick cutting boards, edge grain or end grain, including every board in our All Purpose collection.

A 2″ board is the workhorse of the kitchen: heavy enough to stay put, thick enough to last. It deserves a stand that fits it properly. The slot is cut 2¼″ wide, so a 2″ board settles in securely and lifts out without a fight. A 1.5″ stand won't take it, and a 3″ stand lets it lean and shift.

The All Purpose stand uses our longer cross piece, which sets the uprights farther apart for steadier support under a wider, heavier board. It holds the board upright at a 10° lean, right where you can reach it, and keeps air moving around both faces so it dries evenly between uses.
