Handmade Butcher Block Stand for 3″ Boards — Pros & Pitmasters

Made for 3″ end grain butcher blocks, including every board in our Pros & Pitmasters collection.

A 3″ end grain block is a serious piece of wood, the kind that lives on the counter and does the heavy work on brisket night. Our biggest stand is built to match. The slot is cut 3¼″ wide for a full 3″ block, and the longer cross piece spreads the uprights wide, so a large, heavy block stands up tall and steady.

Standing a thick block upright does more than show it off. End grain drinks in water, and a block left lying flat dries unevenly. On the stand, air reaches both faces, so it dries evenly and stays flat between uses.
