Bring the warmth of premium American Cherry into your kitchen. Meticulously handcrafted by White Oaks Woodworking LLC, this butcher block features a vibrant Cherry center prized for its smooth grain and unique ability to "tan" into a deep, rich reddish-brown over time. 

At White Oaks, we let the timber tell the story. We never use paints or stains—only food-safe mineral oils and organic beeswax to reveal the wood's authentic character.

Customization & Utility

Choose Your Surface: Single vs. Double-Sided

Single-Sided: Has large handles with textured grips for when you have greasy brisket fingers, and Silicone Feet allowing for even airflow under the board so it will be less likely to warp during use, also means you won't need to dry it on its side, just hand dry and put it back on its feet.

Double-Sided: This reversible design effectively gives you two boards in one—use one side for heavy prep and the other for elegant charcuterie presentation.
Will need to stood on its side while drying, still solid but is more likely to move during heavy use due to lack of silicone feet. Has Side groove handles to use fingertips but doesn't affect either surface of the board.

Juice Groove: Good for home users or weekend pitmasters. Inadvisable for boards for heavy users at restaurants, festivals, caterings as it will fill quickly and customers have said its easier to just use a scraper to slide scraps/juices into a trash can/bucket.
